SAUNA RULES

1. The Customer (Guest) can visit the sauna by prior appointment with an administrator at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Working hours of the sauna:

02:00PM to 11:00PM from Monday to Sunday

3. The Customer shows a guest card at the reception desk at the entrance to the sauna, carefully reads these Rules, and signs a registration card stating the date of filling in, full name, and the number of the Hotel room.
4. Towels and slippers are provided by the Aelita Apart Hotel.
5. The sauna is intended for up to 4 visitors.
6. The Guest must respect and maintain public order and the generally accepted standards of conduct, be respectful towards other visitors and the service staff.
7. It is FORBIDDEN to the customers to take or drink in the sauna any alcohol.
8. The Guest is only allowed to enter the sauna after acceptance of these Sauna Rules.
9. The Guest occupying a room of any category in the Aelita Apart Hotel can visit the sauna.
10. Each visitor is personally liable for his/her own health and health of his/her children in the sauna. The Administration of the Aelita Apart Hotel (hereinafter – the “Administration”) is not liable for any injuries or incidents resulted from violation of these Sauna Rules.
11. The Guest is liable for safekeeping or damage to the property/equipment of the sauna. In case of any damage the customer pays the full cost of the damaged property as per the price list; the approximate repair cost is paid.
12. For any violation of these Rules the Administration is entitled to charge each violator a fine amounting to 3,000 rubles unless otherwise specifically provided for herein.
13. The Administration is entitled to call security if the visitors fail to follow these Rules or disturb public order.
14. The Administration is not liable for personal property (jewels, watches, money, documents, mobile phones, etc.) left unattended by the customer when in the sauna, including as a result of any illegal action of third parties.
15. The Administration is entitled to refuse entry to the sauna to visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any customer without giving any reason whatsoever.
16. The Administration is entitled to discontinue visit to the sauna in case of any violation of these Rules by the Hotel guests.
17. When in the sauna the guests must exercise usual care and caution, take a shower before and after entering the sauna. Before entering the sauna zones with children, first take them to the toilet.

IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE SAUNA

1. To use creams, scrubs, honey, mousses, body oils and other beauty products that can leave traces on the wooden parts of the sauna. To pour oily or other substances or water on the electrical heating elements.
2. To dry clothes or use essential oils (infusions) for sauna.
3. To enter with glass or plastic objects.
4. To smoke (including cigaretts, hookahs, and vapes).
5. To bring food and drinks.
6. To enter wearing outdoor footwear.
7. For children, to come without parents.
8. To use bath broom.

LIABILITY

1. Relations between the staff and guests of the Aelita Apart Hotel are based on mutual politeness and courtesy and governed by these Rules. Any conflicts arising between the Administration and guests are settled in an amicable way by means of negotiations or in accordance with the current statutory procedure.
2. The Administration is not liable for any damage caused by the force majeure circumstances.
3. While in the sauna, customers are financially liable for the property located in the sauna and undertake to repair any damage suffered by the Aelita Apart Hotel in case of loss or damage to the property in the amount of the value of such lost or damaged property or of the cost of its restoration, as well as to repair any loss resulted from damage to the property.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules are binding on all visitors of the Hotel.
2. The Administration will be grateful for any comments on or suggestions for the Rules and will try to take into account all your wishes.
