By completing the “Ask a Question” form or the promotional code request form on https://aelita-hotel.com/, the website of the Aelita Hotel, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Viktorovich Safronov, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 591105282644 (the “Operator”), on the following terms.

1. Purposes of Processing
The purpose of processing depends on the form I complete:
- For the “Ask a Question” form — receiving and reviewing my enquiry, clarifying the circumstances described in it, preparing and sending a response, and conducting correspondence related to the enquiry.
- For the promotional code request form — processing my request and sending an email containing the promotional code and its terms of use to the email address I provide.
This consent applies only to the purpose corresponding to the form I submit. Completing the “Ask a Question” form does not constitute consent to receive a promotional code, and requesting a promotional code does not constitute consent to receive subsequent marketing communications.

6. How Consent Is Given
Consent is given by personally selecting the separate checkbox for consent to personal data processing and clicking the submit button in the relevant form.
For the “Ask a Question” form, consent is given for handling the enquiry and providing a response.
For the promotional code request form, consent is given for processing the request and sending an email containing the promotional code and its terms of use.
